Created in 1851 and francized by Armand Frydman who bought the company from the American General Foods in 1984, the Legal brand achieved 60 million euros in annual sales. She is today the number 3 in the French coffee market, and the leading independent producer with capital French. In its factory in Le Havre, with 170 employees, Legal transforms each year 15,000 tonnes of coffee, mainly from Vietnam and Brazil. Legal owns 5% of market share in value, and achieved 10% in volume with private labels (private labels). Legal invests 1.5 million euros in R&D every year.
