Since the launch of The Climate Fresk training sessions, the commitment and mobilization within our company have been palpable. These sessions take place with a frequency of 3 to 4 workshops per month, organized by department to promote a group dynamic conducive to exchange and collective reflection. This ‘Team Building’ approach enhances the friendly atmosphere, allowing colleagues to come together and share an enriching moment together.
To date, we have conducted 27 workshops, bringing together a total of 69% of employees, or 402 individuals sensitized to climate issues. However, there are still 181 individuals to involve in this crucial initiative for the future of our planet.
To implement these training sessions, we have collaborated with experts such as Diane Salmon, a trainer from The Climate Fresk, who came specially from France to share her knowledge with us. The sessions took place at the Charles Telfair Institute, demonstrating our commitment to working with quality partners to maximize the impact of our actions.
The outcomes of these training sessions are encouraging, with numerous testimonials of behavioral changes. Employees have begun to adopt more environmentally friendly practices, such as reducing their energy consumption, sorting waste, or even adopting electric vehicles. These individual initiatives contribute to a positive collective change, reinforcing our social and environmental responsibility as a company.
The next step will be to assess the real impact of these workshops on the daily lives of participants. We plan to conduct a survey to collect their testimonies and understand how these training sessions may have influenced their daily habits. This approach will allow us to adjust our future actions and continue to effectively raise awareness among our community of employees about the climate urgency.
