In next step press the bottle between jaws of the press by pressing the lever down. When it is pressed to a maximum check once again if the lid of the bottle is released enough. Before releasing the pressed bottle to ensure no air returns  make sure the bottle stays in the pressed position. This product is not designed for children. Because of that the producer does not recommend this product to be used by children under 15 years of age.
