Additional explanation:
– It was traditionally used internally for cures, not long term.
– It is strongly recommended to seek advice from a doctor before undertaking a clay treatment, especially if you suffer from intestinal problems, constipation, etc.
– Due to its strong adsorption capacity, clay can reduce the effect of medications and contraceptive pills: always take them at least 3-4 hours away from clay absorption.
In practice:
– To take the clay internally, it must be dispersed in a glass of water (about 1 teaspoon of clay per day, in a glass of water).
– A very simple and gentler way to use clay internally is to drink only “clay water”: mix a teaspoon of clay in a glass of water, shake well then let it sit for the whole time night. In the morning, drink only the water that floats (without stirring).
STORAGE:
Store in a cool, dark place.
Close securely after use.
For best results, avoid using oxidisable steel utensils with clay.
