Validity: Voucher is valid for 60 days as from date of purchase

Wind, tides, and other natural weather and nature conditions may cause the Service Provider to cancel or delay the activity.

How to make a reservation:

• Once payment completed on EcoMauritius.mu, Customer will receive a Payment Confirmation by email with the Service Provider’s contact details
• Customer must call Service Provider to make reservation (Phone number on Payment Confirmation)
• Your reservation is not finalized until payment is complete and your date and time slot is confirmed directly with Service Provider
• Reservation date and time is Subject to availability and request should be made at least 48 hours in advance
• The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse carrying out the activity to any guest if any medical problems are present

Lateness: For late arrivals, the Service Provider may reduce their activity time (if applicable) or could apply a 100% cancellation fee

Amendments:  Once you have confirmed a date and time with Activity and/or Service, any amendments will need to be confirmed between yourself and the Service Provider directly

No Show: If above Amendment Policy is not followed and if customer does not show up for reservation, 100% Cancellation Fee will apply

Mauritian ID card or Resident Permit must be shown upon arrival to benefit from the local price paid

Booking invoice Receipt must be produced to the Service Provider before embarking on the trip

Package Details & Information

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (eg inadequate weather forecast for safety), The supplier reserves the right to cancel the reservation at its discretion. The customer will therefore be offered to choose another date. If, however, no other date is possible for the customer, they will then be refunded up to 100% of the total amount of the reservation.

BAD WEATHER = REPROGRAMMATION or 100% REFUND

We recommend that you should bring:  Soft carry bag, change of clothes, sun screen,  camera, raincoat, a reusable bottle of water (please try not to use plastic bottles and cups)

Seaplane Range: 4 to 5 hrs of flight time at 75 knots. approximately 600 kilometers

One person per plane ***For duo flights, that is 2 people side by side flying at the same time, each in a seaplane with your own pilot, with radio contact, you will have an extra Rs 2000 payment to make at arrival.
