ARGILETZ GREEN CLAY comes from Mother Earth, mainly from a French quarry. Our clay is naturally dried in the gentle sunlight, which concentrates its active components. Our clay regenerates when in contact with water, stimulating its mineral salts. We draw pure resources from the Earth.
We are committed to preserving the Earth through respectful manufacturing processes: for instance, we sun-dry our clay and carefully manage resources through efforts such as rain water collection.
We also firmly believe that your skin deserves the best, and that less is more: we only use the strict minimum of ingredients needed to elaborate our formulas. We do not use preservatives in our clay paste to preserve their virtues, and the other products in our line only contain certifiable organic ingredients.
Argiletz respects human beings and nature. Day after day, we implement new controls and use improved technologies to make sure that our products meet increasingly stringent requirements. In 2007, we were the first manufacturer of natural and organic products to obtain the ISO 9001 certification. Our products are tested by the IRM (Institute for Microbiological Research), which is certified by Cofrac. We work in partnership with the French National Institute for Agricultural Research (INRA) and the French National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS) to advance fundamental research on clay and its properties. That is how we respect what the earth gives us. Argiletz is also ISO 22716-certified, upholding standards of Good Manufacturing Practices to continually provide you with quality clay products.
