Crafty Tip: make your own seed paper
Out of stock
Here is to make your own seed plantable paper!
The good news is you probably have all the supplies at home and if not, they are hopefully accessible and inexpensive.
Here’s how:
Gather scraps of paper
Soak them for a few hours
Blend the paper and water into a pulp
Pour pulp into a bucket filled about 1/3 with water
Sprinkle your seeds (we found that wildflowers are a great and inexpensive option)
Dip your splatter screen
Pull the screen straight up with both hands making sure you get an even layer of pulp and seeds
Quickly but carefully flip over the green onto a piece of linen or cotton fabric
Soak up the excess water with a dry towel or sponge
Remove the screen and allow to dry overnight
Peel your paper off the cloth and use however you want. We made gift tags
