Initiation course on local cooking – ECOSUD – 4 days
This introduction to local cuisine is an approach to culinary that highlights adapted local products. The aim is to transmit local know-how, in using products from the agroecological centre*.
During these four days the participants discover recipes, cooking methods and will also learn how to combine ingredients in a harmonious and balanced manner, respecting the flavors and textures specific to each product.
*Subject to availability of farm products.
The fee of Rs 4,000 is for the full 4 days including lunch and all materials.
