It is a healthy drink, full of virtues and probiotics, refreshing, naturally sparkling, sugar-free and alcohol-free with an aromatic complexity approaching a white wine or a glass of bubbles. The latter is accompanied by a yellow kefir with ginger/turmeric inspired by a tonic!
To respect the finesse of the product, our artisanal kefirs are fermented in sandstone vats. They are neither filtered nor pasteurized. As the product is completely SUGAR-FREE, it should NOT BE STORED IN THE FRESH.
