How to use the Arnica Joints & Muscles Friction?
Shake the Friction Arnica vial before use.
In friction: pour into the palm of your hand and apply once a day to the affected areas.
As a compress: to be applied to the affected area using a cotton ball or a compress soaked in friction, once a day on the affected areas.
Not for oral use.
Wash hands after application.
After the effort: in deeper massages to relax, soften and avoid tension. or breastfeeding women.
