Hiziki is a seaweed with a black colour and a delicious, slightly firm bite. Hiziki grows in the water at a depth of one to two metres, on rocky seabeds. Hiziki is harvested carefully by hand and dried in the sun. Hizki is delicious as a side or mixed into a salad and is extra tasty if you add shoyu and mirin.
Also available in a 100 g stand-up pouch.
How to use it
Rinse well, soak for 10 minutes and drain. Fry briefly and cook or stew for 15 minutes. Use as a side dish or addition to your stew or salad.
How you keep it
After opening, store airtight in a dry, dark place at room temperature (max 20 ° C).
