Ramen are the perfect noodles for soup. We make them from organic brown and black rice. They remain deliciously firm in (miso) soup or in the wok. You prepare these gluten-free noodles in 3 minutes.

Ramen is a warming noodle soup from Japan. It is packed with flavour and is usually made with instant noodles. Need a healthier version? These ramen noodles are wheatfree, because we make them from a mix of organic brown and black rice. Nothing else. There is also no sachet of flavour enhancers. Just put a spoonful of miso in the water and cook the ramen for 3 minutes. Ramen are specially made for soup, so they have a nice and firm texture. For a super fast, gluten-free meal!
Also try the brown rice or buckwheat & shiitake flavours!
How to use it
Cook in plenty of boiling water for 3 minutes or add to your boiling ramen stock in the last 3 minutes.
How you keep it
After opening, store airtight in a dry, dark place at room temperature (max 20 ° C).
