Easy 15 minute vegan ice cream!

Makes around 4 1/2 cups

INGREDIENTS:
1 vanilla bean, split lengthways
5 medium bananas, peeled, sliced and frozen
1/4 to 1/2 cup unsweetened plant based milk

Vegan Vanilla Ice-cream Recipe METHOD

1. Using a small sharp knife, scrape seeds from vanilla bean

2. Mix the vanilla, frozen banana, and milk in a food processor. Cover and process, adding the milk until smooth

3. Serve immediately for soft-serve ice cream or freeze for at least 4 hours for scoopable ice cream. Store in the freezer for up to one week.
