Ramen is a warming noodle soup from Japan. It is packed with flavour and is usually made with instant noodles. Need a healthier version? These ramen noodles are wheatfree, because we make them from a mix of organic brown and black rice. Nothing else. There is also no sachet of flavour enhancers. Just put a spoonful of miso in the water and cook the ramen for 3 minutes. Ramen are specially made for soup, so they have a nice and firm texture. For a super fast, gluten-free meal!
Also try the brown rice or buckwheat & shiitake flavours!
How to use it
Cook in plenty of boiling water for 3 minutes or add to your boiling ramen stock in the last 3 minutes.
How you keep it
After opening, store airtight in a dry, dark place at room temperature (max 20 ° C).
