Ramen are the perfect noodles for (miso) soup. They remain nice and firm in texture. We make these organic ramen from buckwheat and shiitake. Enjoy 100% gluten-free!
Product information
Ramen are the perfect noodles for a super fast, healthy noodle soup. Put these organic ramen noodles in a pan with water, along with a tablespoon of miso, vegetables and Japanese seasonings, and cook for 3 minutes. Ramen are the upscale version of regular instant noodles. Though we do not make them from wheat, but from buckwheat and shiitake. Gluten-free and worry-free! We also left out the sachet of flavour enhancers. Use miso as a healthy alternative.

How to use it
Cook in plenty of boiling water for 3 minutes or add to your boiling ramen stock in the last 3 minutes.
How you keep it
After opening, store airtight in a dry, dark place at room temperature (max 20 ° C).
