INGREDIENTS for the Spirulina Tapenade recipe

2 Soup spoons (about 10g) of Spirulina flakes

3 Soup spoons of water (about 30ml)

Lemon juice

Pepper

Preparation:

Mix the spirulina flakes, water and lemon juice. Crush the flakes to obtain an even paste and add a pinch of pepper.

Use:

Spread the tapenade on toast, crackers or on fresh bread.
